Kindergartners Get Oriented at Timber Point

Incoming kindergarten students at Timber Point got a reassuring introduction at the annual orientation on Sept. 2, riding buses and touring the building. The newest students were welcomed by an equally new principal, Danielle Naccarato, as well as PTA board members and Timber Point alumni, and each youngster received a “Kindergarten Here I Come” book donated by the PTA. Staff and students alike were impressed upon viewing a new cafeteria mural, painted by Marianne Gilmore.

“The Timber Point kindergartners did great at orientation,” said PTA President Susan Kiernan. “It was great to see their excited faces receiving the books and meeting their teachers.”
