Terrific Turnout for College Fair

Representatives from more than 120 colleges and universities filled the cafeteria and lobby at the high school’s annual college fair on Oct. 6. Hundreds of families walked around and asked questions about some of the colleges their children may be interested in applying to this year.
The event also featured two essential workshops for parents and students, pertaining to the NCAA and financial aid.

Students in the school’s Culinary Arts and Hospital Career Academy were on hand to ensure that all of the guests were provided with pizza and drinks.

“Once again the turnout by parents and students was greatly appreciated,” said Guidance Director Israel Malinowitzer. “We are delighted that this was the largest display of colleges for a high school, and hope to continue to grow in the coming years, with more colleges attending.”
