To support women’s heart health, staff at Connetquot were clad in crimson on Feb. 3 in honor of National Wear Red Day. The event, began in 2003 as a joint effort by the American Heart Association and the National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute, is held annually on the first Friday in February to bring national attention to the fact that heart disease is the No. 1 killer of women, and to raise awareness of women’s heart health.
