Ruth C. Kinney Elementary School held its annual Art Show this week, curated by teacher Dana Belfiore. Each student at RCK was represented by at least one piece of artwork, and the school’s fifth-graders gave demonstrations of their quilling project in the lobby during the show.

One of the art show’s highlights was a “kindergarten cave,” which Belfiore constructed using students’ evocative cave drawings.

“The cave was a huge hit and the kids were very excited to be able to see it and experience an interactive art display,” said Belfiore.
