East Islip Middle School’s annual Backyard Bash provided the school’s graduating eighth-graders the chance to celebrate and have fun in the sun before they prepare to enter East Islip High School this fall as freshmen. Held in back of the school on June 18 following the students’ last test of the morning, the Bash featured a barbecue, pumping DJ music and dancing as well as a huge assortment of inflatable rides and party games provided by NY Party Works.
