Use of School District Facilities

The following regulations and forms are for public use of school district facilities. Detailed services and requirements for use of facilities are outlined within regulation 1500. Prior to submitting forms, please contact the appropriate office listed below to confirm availability of a facility. Forms must be accompanied by payment of the required fee, as outlined in the schedule of fees, and proof of insurance as stated in 1500-E.2.
