The East Islip School District is following developments regarding the possible spread of the the Ebola virus and enterovirus D68.
Please know that the district is taking a proactive approach to consistently sanitizing our facilities to always promote the health and safety of our students.

The start time for the varsity football game vs. Half Hollow Hills West on Saturday, Oct. 25, has been moved from 1 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Please note that the homecoming parade will still start at 11 a.m. as originally scheduled. There is a new parade route (see attached map), which starts at RCK Elementary School and ends at Sal Ciampi Field at Boomer Esiason Stadium. The district encourages community spectators to come out and show their EI Pride.
The East Islip Athletic Booster Club will hold its 11th annual Red & White Dinner on Nov. 7 at the Irish Coffee Pub in East Islip. View the attached flier for ticket information.
The EIABC will also hold its annual Redmen 5K Run/Walk on Nov. 16 at Heckscher State Park. Register using the attached form.
The East Islip School District encourages membership in the school
community's parent-teacher organizations, which include SEPTO, the East Islip High School PTSA, and the PTAs for East Islip Middle School and Connetquot, John F. Kennedy, Ruth C. Kinney and Timber Point elementary schools.
