Heather Toomey’s CORE Art class at the high school recently made a collaborative work inspired by the American artist Jen Stark. The students viewed Stark’s intricate “drip” pieces, then created their own colorful as well as black and white drips. National Art Honor Society students helped to create the installation, which is currently hanging in the school’s main lobby.

“All of the CORE Art students did an excellent job and I am so proud of their final work,” Toomey said. “They had a lot of fun viewing it on the wall when it was installed, and their hard work is now a beautiful collaborative display.”
