Student Registration

Registrations for enrollment in the District are submitted online and then required documents must be provided to the District Registrar.

  • If you have an existing Parent Portal account (currently have a child/children attending an East Islip Public School in grade K-12):
    log into your portal account and click on “Online Registration” in the left menu.
  • If you are new to the district or do not have an existing account: please click here begin your online application:

Once your application is submitted online, you will receive an email with a link for the required documents and additional forms to submit to the Registrar. When the District receives your submitted application you will be contacted with further instructions regarding submitting your documents.

Your registration with the District is not complete until you finalize everything with the Registrar.

Please be advised that due to the COVID-19 pandemic, registrations are currently taking place electronically with a follow-up telephone conference. After you submit your online application, you will receive an email with additional instructions on the registration process.


Please be advised that online applications for Universal Pre-K are reserved ONLY for those selected in the

lottery. For questions regarding UPK, please contact the Registrar.
