Course Scheduling 2023-24
It is time to begin planning for the 2023-2024 academic year. Our school counselors will be working with parents and students through mid-March to complete course recommendations for the upcoming school year. Parents are encouraged to be a part of this process when possible.

East Islip High School seniors Nicholas Rizzo and Olivia Simonetti were recently named recipients of this year’s Suffolk Zone Awards, recognizing their contributions to the overall positive outcomes of their physical education and health classes as well as their school.

Juniors and seniors from East Islip High School’s Interact Club were recently invited to attend a meeting of the Rotary Club of Islip and speak about the Interact Club’s many community service projects this year.

Senior Selections Celebrated at High School’s Commitment Day
East Islip High School held its annual Commitment Day at the beginning of May, giving senior students a chance to demonstrate pride in their future education plans and don apparel from the colleges they plan to attend this coming fall.

EI Proudly Brings Home 18 Medals at Special Olympics
East Islip once again competed at the Special Olympics New York Spring Games North, hosted by Farmingdale Middle School on May 6, earning a total of 18 medals.
