New Student Registration Information

All student registrations must be completed online. Required documents must be uploaded as part of the online application.

Please contact the Registrar at (631) 224-2043 to schedule an appointment at the District Office.

Registration Instructions

• If you already have an Infinite Campus Parent Portal account (your child currently attends an East Islip Public School, grades K–12):
  Log into your portal account and click on "Online Registration" in the left-hand menu.
• If you are new to the district or do not have an Infinite Campus Parent Portal account:
  Visit the East Islip School District Online Registration page to begin your application.

Documents Required for Upload

• Student’s Birth Certificate
• Parent/Guardian Photo ID
• Proof of Residency
• Home Language Questionnaire
• Physician’s Certificate of Immunization
• Proof of Legal Guardianship (if applicable)
• Custody Documentation (if applicable)

After Submitting Your Application

You will receive an email with additional information about the registration process. This may include a request for an in-person or phone conference.

Unable to upload documents electronically?
You may schedule an appointment with the Registrar to bring your documents to the District Office.

Please note:
Your registration is not complete until all requirements are finalized with the Registrar.

Important:
Online applications for Universal Pre-K (UPK) are only for families selected in the lottery. For questions related to UPK, please contact the Registrar.
