Important Information From Tech Services
East Islip UFSD is transitioning to a new help desk ticket system. Starting July 1, the current ticket system will no longer be available.
Until the new system is active, please submit technology support requests by using the form below:
If you are unable to sign into your district account, you can email help@eischools.org from a personal email.
To sign into the STAFF section of our website, sign in with your full email address (with @eischools.org). A pop-up window will appear and then sign in with your regular district password.
The website for staff to reset their password is https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com/
For Parents:

Please include your child's full name, grade, and school.
Student usernames and passwords can be found in Infinite Campus Parent Portal under More - Accounts.
