East Islip High School’s Class of 2026 came together for a memorable Senior Banquet on Nov. 3, as class advisers Kate Boucher and Denise Seibert – assisted by members of the student government – transformed the school cafeteria into a celebration space highlighting EI Pride. Tablescapes and decorations reflected the school colors, while students reflected the school colors by dressing in red, black and white.
The evening included a catered dinner from local favorite Francesco’s Trattoria and a special class-photo cake created by Stanley’s Bakery. Students enjoyed time to dance, celebrate with friends and cheer as the recipients of the Senior Superlatives were announced. Class officers collected more than 20 raffle prizes, while the school’s PTSA generously contributed additional spiritwear and giveaways, helping make the Class of 2026 senior banquet a truly memorable milestone.
