Second grade classes at Connetquot Elementary School recently visited Seatuck Environmental Association’s South Shore Nature Center. During this fun and educational field trip, the students learned about local flora and fauna and studied pond life.

“Our students loved spending the day in nature and learning about the different plants and animals that make Long Island their home,” teacher Melissa Love.
