East Islip High School alumnus Jake Piacenti, a member of the school’s Class of 2015, has made remarkable strides in the realm of video production. In his role at CBS Sports HQ, Piacenti oversees the technical aspects of live broadcasts, ensuring seamless production processes. “I initially thought I would pursue a career in film production,” Piacenti said. “However, throughout my professional career, I found television production to be more challenging and interesting.”
