John F. Kennedy Elementary School recently installed a GaGa Ball Pit, thanks to fundraising efforts by the school’s student council. The basic object of the popular Gaga Ball game is to pass a playground ball around the “pit,” trying to eliminate opponents by striking the ball and having it hit them below the knee while trying to avoid being hit.

“The reason why I wanted a GaGa Ball Pit for our school is because everyone loves playing GaGa Ball at gym,” JFK fifth-grade student council member Harper Gravana said. “I also wanted it because my Mom is a teacher, and she has one at her school. She says everyone loves it and that there’s always a big line. I’m so happy the student council was able to get it for us.”
