East Islip High School’s sophomore class recently visited the Museum of Natural History in New York City, accompanied by class advisers Dr. Giuseppe Costa and Dirk Reineking. Students reviewed ancient artifacts, marveled at the museum’s many exhibits and experienced science outside of the high school setting. The sophomores also worked together on interactive showcases.
“This field trip served as a real bonding experience for the Class of 2028, creating new memories and enhancing school spirit,” Dr. Costa said.
