Spring Concert Series Showcases Musical Growth Across East Islip’s Schools

From first-time elementary performers to accomplished high school musicians, students throughout East Islip’s music program took center stage during the district’s annual spring concert series in May. The performances highlighted the talent, dedication and growth of student musicians in band, chorus and orchestra ensembles from East Islip High School, East Islip Middle School, John F. Kennedy Elementary School and Ruth C. Kinney Elementary School.

Across multiple evenings of performances, students shared the skills they developed throughout the school year while entertaining family members, staff and community members with a diverse selection of musical works.
