First and second graders at Timber Point Elementary School recently ventured outside of the art studio and into the school’s courtyard, where they were challenged to practice observation, looking carefully at their surroundings and selecting subjects to make beautifully detailed drawings. The students were hard at work making drawings of trees and statues, and even practiced modeling for their friends’ work.
