Each year, Timber Point Elementary School participates in the Great Bedtime Story Pajama Drive during the months of November and December, inviting families to donate brand-new pairs of pajamas in all sizes. These donations go directly to families facing adversity, providing comfort and warmth during the holiday season. The drive is organized in partnership with Scholastic Books, and for every new pair of pajamas collected, Scholastic donates a book, giving children the gift of cozy sleepwear and a new story to enjoy. 

“This meaningful effort also aligns with our students’ ongoing practice and recognition of the character traits of gratitude and generosity, providing a real-world opportunity to demonstrate these values,” Principal Danielle Naccarato said.

The Great Bedtime Story Pajama Drive has always been a tremendous success at Timber Point thanks to the kindness of the community, and this year, a total of 106 pajamas were donated for this worthy cause.
